About The Andrews of Grenada & Guyana
The Andrews Family of Guyana can be traced to Renie Andrews of Grenada. He left the Isle of Spice, Grenada, West Indies, with his wife, Annie Thomas, and young children. This would have been after 1904. He was a musician and a policeman. His youngest child, Veronica was born in Guyana in 1916. She died in Ottawa, Canada at 89 years of age in 2005. It is most probable that Annie Thomas was from the village of Gouyave in Grenada.

This family tree is a work in progress and will attempt to bring together the links between generations of the Andrews in Guyana and those in Grenada. Come share your stories. They may provide helpful clues of our heritage. Please sign the guest book when you visit.
